Get £10 Microsoft Store Voucher When You Purchase ReCore on Xbox One and PC

Buyer's Guide Coming Soon

Those of you looking to pick up Keiji Inafune’s upcoming science fiction adventure title, ReCore, should head on over to the UK Microsoft store.  There you can pre-order the physical edition and get a free £10 Microsoft Store voucher.

For those un-familiar with ReCore, the title puts you in the boots of one of the last remaining humans on a world taken over by robots.  Using various robotic allies, you must survive both the environment, and being hunted down.

This offer is currently exclusive to Microsoft’s online store in the UK, and will be running until 15th July 2016.  Only the physical copy of ReCore is eligible for this offer, which does not support Microsoft’s Xbox Play Anywhere program.  However this does bring the physical edition’s effective price down from £29.99 to £19.99, while the digital copy is still priced at £29.99.

ReCore is available on both Xbox One and Windows 10, and is due for release on the 16th September 2016.

A man who is equally happy saving the universe from fanatical aliens or hiding in a hole to survive the night. Gamertag: Boozy Bond

  1. Will this work on computer? I don’t know if I want it on the PC or Xbox One because I don’t always get to play on it because my brother just plays it all day and all night. If I can play it on my computer then it doesn’t matter does it?

    • If you purchase the physical copy from the Microsoft Store and get your £10 credit, you can only play it on your Xbox One console. However if you buy the digital copy from the Xbox Store or Windows Store you can play it on both systems (Xbox One and Windows 10) – if you do it this way it will cost you £29.99 for both versions.

    • I didn’t explain clearly. If you buy ReCore as a digital download on either Windows 10 or Xbox One for £29.99, you can play on both systems. However you can’t play on Windows 10 if you buy the physical version with the free £10 Xbox credit.

You will need to upgrade to Windows 10 however to play the Xbox PLay Anywhere titles, it’s still free to upgrade until the end of July.
