Those looking to try out Ubisoft’s upcoming squad-based shooter, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, can jump onto the free open beta, starting today and ending on 27th February 2017.
The new open beta is available to all users, although a Xbox Live subscription is required to play online, and can be downloaded from the Xbox store, the download does require around 24GB of free space on your console. All content from the previous closed beta is included, along with an additional province to explore and conquer, allowing you to explore 2 of the final game’s 21 regions. Players who participate in the open beta will also unlock access to an exclusive mission in the final game.
So far we’ve been enjoying our time hoofing it through the lush environments of Bolivia, working with friends to take out enemy positions, rescue prisoners and eliminate high profile targets. What are your thoughts on Ghost Recon Wildlands? We’d love to know.
